I've used that meter for a few months now, and it's quite good at doing what it's designed to do, i.e telling you if there's a pattern emerging.
It did have a recall due to it failing to tell people if their result was over 56 😱 I'd panic ever so slightly if that ever happened.
One slight gripe that I have is with the strips, they're a bit fiddly for larger hands to cope with, and I have given feedback to OneTouch about this.
