Hi ladies (if you are a man reading this hang your head in shame, tut tut 😛)
I've never actually paid attention to what my sugar levels do at *certain* times of the month, but have noticed over the last few days that I'm a good few points higher on average throughout the day (ie ranging in the 7-9's rather than 5-7's which is my norm). If this is what I think it is then I'm concluding that for the week before that time my readings will rise slightly.
Have any of you noticed a rise and what do you do to combat it? I'm on a Roche accuchek pump so have 2 options 1)use a TBR - I don't think I can program that for 7 days (anyone any ideas on maximum time you can set a TBR for?) so will prob need to reset a few times or 2)use the bolus calculator on the pump which allows you to factor in a % amendment (originally titled 'premenstrual') for each bolus you give (in which case I'd need a % increase).
thanking you!!
