Hi, just wondered if anyone else had a call out of the blue from Diabetes Uk? I just didn't know if it was genuine or not, and you can't be too careful these days

Not lately but a few years ago I had one trying to get me to increase my annual contribution. I had not long retired and it lowered my opion of them since. It was quite a pressured call.

I've rung them up and they said they're not aware of any cold-calling, but they're going to ring me back if they find anything so I will keep you all posted.

So they have rung back to say it was them calling to "thank me for my support". I asked them not to call me any more. What a waste of money
