In order to help with a poopy anxiety-ridden past few (seems like an eternity) months, I started baking. Cakes, biccies, big cakes, small cakes, muffins and other yummies.
Tried a 'sugar free' version of cupcakes with splenda, which were a bit heavy but I ate them all the same ! (as did my Dad, T2 too, polishing off the last few out of the cake tin)
How strange is it that I get a kick out of making all sorts of delicious things which I am restricted to eat ?! But it helps with the anxiety. And, more to the point, people have started to order cakes from me. Woah ! Do I give up my full time job and go into the cake making business ?? (of course the answer is no, but what a dream.) What's yours ?
