its another diabetic residents birthday soon and we want to bake a cake for her any suggestions plus other nibles would be well recieved

DYSLEXIC Hence bad spelling.Do you know how long it took me to learn how to spell dyslexic. Other meds: Antipsychotic for my MH
Diabetic meds Dapagliflozin Metformin Semaglutide Insulin long term 62 units a day 16/11/24 decreased from 62 to 56 unit 5/12/24 insulin reduced from 56 to 50 23/1/25 reduced from 50 to 44 2/5/25 reduced to 40 units My ultimate aim is to come off Insulin
lost 3 stone so far on low carb careful eating plan seeing results every day 28/12/24 down to 116kg (18.26 stone) 26/1/25 down to 111.8kg 27/02/25 latest weigh in lost 1/2 kg better than nothing The low carb approach is working well. 27/3/25 Lost another 3 lbs 25/4/25 another 4 pounds Now lost 6 sone in total
