I am newly diagnosed and still learning about which foods to eat. How do people feel about Cacao Nibs?
 
Quite low carb, for sure, of you like a bitter taste to your choccie. Beware cheap stuff, you’ll find a lot of undigestable shell. About the same carb content as 70% chocolate.
 
My fave Hotel Chocolat sell amazing cacao nibs. Very low carb. Not so good on the wallet though:(
