Relationship to Diabetes

So, 11 months later, had my meds review cholesterol normal, blood pressure slightly high, liver function 97% pharmacist was amazed, I have lost nearly 6 stone and have just said goodbye to diabetes, heartfelt thanks to the person that told me about keto, simple to follow once you know, hasn’t really been hard to go without because getting shot of it was more important to me than food that was not healthy. Holiday was hardest as Spain doesn’t cater for lo carb yeah lots of salads but ya can only eat so many a week, chips or rice with everything, sauces on loads of foods so scrape that off, just gotta keep it this way now

Well done Welshie, your weight loss and getting on top of your diabetes is amazing.

Well done on the amazing weight loss @Welshie

Will you get an occasional follow-up check? Do you know what your A1c was?

Amazing well done
