Has anyone had problems with the injector while using Bydureon?
Welcome to the forum! Giving your post a bump up the lists, but I don't think many of our members are on this type of injectable. If you haven't already, I suggest you contact whoever prescribed this, and speak to them.
Do you have another pen you could try?

Another bump.
@tomham29 , welcome to the forum. Sorry I can’t help.
Just in case others can , what problems are you having.

Thanks for your reply, I think my reply is entered in the wrong place. I have not had very much experience on Forums. What is a Yellow Card?

Hello yes I use bydureon but no I have never had a problem with the injector that's in about two years

I have been using Bydureon for around three years with no ill effect, its only the problem with the injector.

Well unless you can give us an idea of what problems with it you are having, how can any of us help you overcome it?

I don't use this any more but never had a problem with it I use norvomix mix 30 now

The Plunger that pushes the liquid through the needle sticks and twice would not move.

Are you having problems with all your pens or just a few?
It’s important to have the right dose and it sounds that with those faulty pens this will not be happening.

I would report the problem to the Pharmacist, they will probably want the faulty pens back and should be able to arrange replacements, they can also report the problem higher.

I do not have problems with many of the injectors, maybe 10 percent. I wonder if it is just a bad batch.

Has anyone had problems with the injector while using Bydureon?
Been on it nearly 18 months and I know I have side effects. Tried talking to GP about it but don’t think he’s listening. Nausea not every week, weight loss due to loss of appetite, tiredness, lack of energy and lack of interest in social events or hobbies. Can definitely say it’s since injection.

I have not had any 'Side Effects' with Bydureon, only the problem with the injector. From next month the Doctor is moving me to 'Trulicity', any comments about this?
