Had my latest hba1c results come back today and trust me when I say 47 was a good result.

My first one when diagnosed was 51 three months later it was 46 and now nine months later from the first one 47

Due to family circumstances beyond my control there were times when I couldn't maintain my exercise routine or to a point what I ate, but tried the best I could.

My fasting finger pricks tests in the morning said I would be borderline and borderline I was, but not in the diabetic range.
In fact for the first time ever, all my results came back as normal.

Am I chuffed, too right I am

Work in progress

Alan

Congrats on just ducking under the diagnosis threshold. We all know life gets in the way sometimes.

Congrats Alan ,and if you can get things right most of the time that's what counts anyway well done .🙂

Congratulations from me. Getting below the diabetes threshold level is always something to celebrate. Life has a habit of throwing many challenges at us which we juggle alongside managing diabetes. It isn't easy sometimes so well done.
