Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
1 parsnip chopped
1 onion chopped
3 sticks of celery chopped.
Veg stock

tin of butter beans(Drained)

gently fry veg in small amount of veg oil,just for a few mins.
Add veg stock (amount varies depends on how you like it thick or thin soup)

Bring to boil cook till veg is softened, add the beans cook for a further couple of minutes. Blend If thick add more water. Serve.
