South Cheshire businesswoman, Christa Atwood, is swapping her high heeled shoes for a pair of trainers - to raise money to support medical research into type 1 diabetes. And she's enlisted the support of Welsh Olympic hopeful, athlete Melanie Stephenson, to help her in her quest.
The 45-year-old mother-of-two, who runs claims company, Equity-Balance, is running the Chester Marathon on October 9th to raise cash for JDRF - Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
