Just bought a new loaf of Burgen in the new wrapper and I noticed that it was now showing as 11.8g carbs per slice as opposed to 11. Not a lot I know but something to bear in mind if you think your post burgen readings are slightly higher than they were. I estimate that for me it could lead to readings about 0.5 mmol higher after 2 slices.

I've still got a supply of the old ones. Will have to get a new loaf & test again.

I too noticed the increase of carbs in Bergen S&L bread.

No difference for me and the carb count is not that much differnt. i have had a couple of the Warburtons Protien thins that are supposed to be only 7 grams of carb each. Though my bloods show no differnce to the normal thins or burgen for me.
