hi guys just asking is staying at 6s to 8s ok ive gone lower as low as 5.4 but i felt funny and did not like it but i find it mostly staying in around 7s is that ok to stay at
 
Hi @mandie

That’s fine for now. What may have happened is that over time your ‘glucose thermostat’ will have reset above the usual BG level. So when your BG gets back to the target range you can feel a bit on the low side.

These feelings will disappear as your body relearns the levels that your BG is supposed to run at.

Ultimately should be aiming for 4-7 before meals and no higher than 8.5 by 2hrs after eating

But for the time being 6-8 will start to allow your body to readjust 🙂
