I've just dropped my meter and broken the display so it is useless. (I have a spare meter so I can keep testing). The problem I have is I need to provide the meter readings stored in the meter to renew my licence. Any ideas?

Yes it does have USB but the problem there is it only downloads to windows based PC's (mines an apple).

I have got a spreadsheet with all my readings on but I'm guessing that won't be accepted as proof of testing.

Thanks Benny G your suggestion is a good one. I've got a few ideas now on how to get to the stored data. I'm feeling slightly less panicked than I was.

Are you on insulin @OneNil and applying for a group 2 licence?

Yes on insulin and a bus driver. Ordered a usb lead for it now and going to get access to a windows computer. Hopefully the downloaded data will be enough to convince them I've been testing in the prescribed way. I did a test on it today btw and I can tell from the beeps that it's probably still working - its just the display is all scrambled.

You can install windows on a Mac using parallel then buy a license for windows it’s dead easy to do there’s loads of videos on YouTube. Or you can use boot camp to creat a windows partition have to say windows runs a lot quicker on a Mac than it does on a windows laptop
