I have been loving my morning gluten free porridge before uni but unfortuantly i've realised I can't eat oats ! Apparently its common in coeliacs to be sensitive to a protein in them and i've been getting usual symptomatic stomach cramps recently.

So i need to find something equally easy and quick that I can have for brekky. Cereal doesn't help my blood sugars generally.
