Type 2
I have type 2 diabetes and have recently been put on insulin.
I also have high potassium so the normal rules for diabetic don’t really apply to me.
Can anybody recommend a book/journal that I can learn from

Are you on a low potassium diet @mikdod2000 ? If so, what foods can you eat? Have you seen a dietician?

What insulin(s) are you taking and when?

Hello @mikdod2000

You are specifically looking for a book on managing type 2 with high potassium levels?

I'm type 1 and my knowledge of type 2 is very limited. Would you be able to explain why and how potassium effects things?
