After starting the day with an HS (5.2) I had to decide what to have for breakfasts as I was struggling with eating whilst on antibiotics. In the end I decided on a small piece of wholemeal toast with a pot of (no added sugar) baked beans. Really pleased with result , 5.6 before lunch (would have been lower but was dropping fast when doing home physio so +2 Rich Tea). Highest all morning was 7.1 - best morning in weeks plus I got some extra fibre.
