Okay so i make up excuses each time i'm getting out of whack blood sugars - normally they do make sense, and this would be my latest...

So as you know i've just got back off holiday, and my morning readings are being around 10/11 which is unusual for me. They're usually around 6 - 7.5.

So this morning I was having a fret/think and thought perhaps its due to having been two hours behind. I know I get that morning rise so if thats happening two hours earlier than usual, then it would become higher in the morning since i'm not getting up at the time I did before. Plus i've been sleeping long and not getting up at same times, maybe if I had set an alarm it would be okay by now?

Does this sound like a reasonable theory haha? 🙂
