Hi,

Does anyone have any quick breakfast options? I don't have time to cook breakfast midweek but cereals and porridge raise my levels. Not sure what to try.

Thanks

Hi. Yogurt and some berries. If you have a Lidl near you, a lidl protein roll , a slice of Bergen (sp?) bread with something nice on them.
I'm sure we will be able to give you plenty of ideas.

If i'm in a hurry, I tend just to have 1 slice of Burgen toast & butter. Also have Greek natural yoghurt & berries, seeds & nuts with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Also quite quick is scrambled egg in the microwave on a slice of thick ham.
