I halved the cereal, added few mixed berries & a sprinkling of nuts. Not only was it delicious, The spike was steadier and I didnt see the teens :D

Will retest tommorow.

Get some fat in there!
 
Porridge works well for me, but I like to ring the changes too with something like home made yoghurt and a few berries or nuts. Or, wholegrain toast with grilled tomatoes or mushrooms on top and a wee sprinkle of curry powder or paprika to spice it up.
