I've been eating Lizi's Granola and unsweetened almond milk. Suits me fine. I've just started Eat Natural buckwheat muesli and that seems good for the BG too.

I remember that being recommended here before 🙂 Never seen it, so have never tried it! Might go hunting is Sainsbury's next time I go on an expedition there 🙂

Sounds lush...low-GI is a must for me at breakfast. Do you eat low-GI all day, khskel?

All. Cereal. Is. Evil.* 😛

* I ate it for years, but since beginning systematic post-meal testing 4-5 years ago I just could not find anything that didn't spike me to high heaven (including porridge) so just gave up trying. YMMV and all that 😉

Crunchy Burgen gravel bread - I can't decide if I like all that noisy seed-crunching filling my head. Tastes alright, just too noisy!🙄

Bloden, I haven't noticed my burgen crunching unless I've almost cremated it. I wish I could do Porridge Hobie but it sends my levels ballistic.

Porridge suits me fine. Good readings. I guess everyone's different 🙂

Porridge for me too - my readings are fine. Have it with ground flaxseed and at the moment have some chia seeds as well. Great before doing any exercise as well.

Porridge is good for me too, never spikes my blood readings.

Porridge (not the microwave stuff), weetabix and Cheerios whole grain (strangely) don't spike me!
