I have started eating quakers oat crisps with realy good results,anyone else tried these.
 
Hi, these caused a fair old spike with my daughter, BGs anywhere from 12 to 15 - 2hrs after, shows how all different with foods !
 
Sounds yummy but doesn't appear on the safe list my diabetes dietician gave me. But then nothing I like is on that list.
