Theres a bread that i used to get that was reconmened to me by this forum.It came in small slices and i think it may have had some kind of seeds on it. Can anyone think whats it called as want to go back to it. I know this is a long shot asking this.

Might have been Burgen? Used to be very popular on here, but they changed the recipe and the carb count increased. Not sure it is still available, no one has mentioned it for ages.
