Branflakes versus porridge/oatmeal

Personally, I would stick to porridge, but try to look for jumbo oats that are less processed. It's the only 'cereal' I can tolerate but have to stick to a 30g serving then bulk it out with mixed nuts, ground linseed & berries.
 
For me - neither. Both cause spikes and make me feel unwell all day.
 
Well I haven't really got much choice being a vegetarian. I have eggs for lunch and getting sick of that, don't want to live on just eggs, and I think toast would be worse?
 
Just been looking at vegetarian options for breakfasts, they do mostly seem to be egg based :(. Possibly mushrooms on toast as an option?
 
Veggie sausages and cheatin' rashers?
