BOYS as young as ten are having ops to remove their MOOBS as the child obesity crisis deepens. Seventeen young lads have had NHS breast reductions in the last three years.

But experts fear the real number going under the knife is much higher, with scores of kids having private surgery. At least 30 men in their 20s also had the surgery on the NHS.

Ops to get rid of man boobs are now the second most popular procedure for fellas after nose jobs, cosmetic surgeons say.

Shadow public health minister Diane Abbott said yesterday: ?It is not clear why we are seeing so many boys undergoing male breast reduction surgery. But it must be something to do with this country?s obesity epidemic.?
