An 11-year-old boy has been arrested after 20 schoolchildren were stabbed with a needle forcing them to have hepatitis injections.
Police were called to Moreton Community School in Wolverhampton following reports the youngster had attacked fellow pupils on Monday afternoon.
The injured children were taken to hospital for hepatitis inoculations and blood tests after being jabbed with the diabetes finger-prick pen.
West Midland Police said none of the Year Seven students had been seriously hurt.
They questioned an 11-year-old boy after arresting him at his home in Low Hill, Wolverhampton, on Tuesday.
