THE BOSS of a hospital trust has ?apologised unreservedly? after a staff survey revealed bullying and poor management was a major concern.
Lisa Rodrigues, chief executive of Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, which runs the Woodlands mental health unit on The Ridge, said she was sorry about the results and wants to hear from staff about changes that need to be made.
More than two thirds of respondents (68 per cent) said the working culture at Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was ?signified by traits of blame, fear and bullying?.
