Boots has me fuming part 2.

Not sure how many people can remember my orginal post about boots I finally got a reply today after what feels like months to my letter.It was a very nice letter full of apologies and regret blah blah,but the best part was I got ?25 worth of vouchers to spend at boots cause of all the upset it caused the least they can do I think,funny thing is though at the time my pharmacy was boots its now just morrisons pharmacy so I will spend them in town instead.A copy of the letter was also sent to the staff at the offending place as there still the same staff they just work under the name of a diffirent company.The letter never went into details it just loosly mentioned they reccommend staff members go on some kind of course thats not my concern but i just hope they head the letter.

A rather "relieved" steff.

Great news Steff. Well done for voicing your concerns and getting heard. Hopefully you'll prevent others from having to go through the same thing!

Enjoy your vouchers, buy yourself something nice with them.

It pays to complain as we all too often get fobbed off with bad service. I also like to praise good service too and a couple of times I have written to say in this store at such a time I was served by who was realy helpful and friendly and I feel I have had good service.
 
Oh yeah enjoy the vouchers - if you hang fire a few weeks they will be starting there 3 for 2 offers in the run up to Christmas and you should get more for your vouchers lol xxx

That is a brilliant idea. I love the three for twos, I get two presnets for friends and one fr me with no guilt attached.

But Steff don't forget this is a treat for you. We all need to treat ourselves sometimes.
