Bond - Roger Moore Has Diabetes

The British actor fell ill last month (Sep13) and spent a week passing out, shedding weight, and feeling "terrible", so his wife Kristina took him to an emergency room at a hospital near their home in Monaco.

After a series of tests, he was told he has diabetes and has unknowingly suffered from the condition for some time.

He won't be the first. When I eventually saw my doctor he said that diabetes is very insidious and I'd probably had it for months if not years before the symptoms became strong enough for me to realise something was wrong
