Bolus delivery

I’m getting this notice coming up on my phone ‘Bolus entry timed out be delivery if Bolus was intended enter values again’ this message keeps appearing and when I hit on it it brings to Medtronic app screen and I can’t do anything I have given myself two Bolus since this message appeared my questions are1) how do I delete this message?? 2) Is it a virus/bug on my phone?? 3) Would I better off to delete the app and re install it? I hoping that some you whom computer genesis will be able to advicev

I am using a 780G in a closed loop so this may not match what you are doing.

The message Bolus Timed out appears when I have set the bolus calculator with the carbs but then not confirmed the bolus on the pump. I frequently do this, especially if I have switched out of looping into manual mode where it checks twice before it delivers. A good safety device, but I am sometimes in too much of a rush and don’t complete the process.

I have not had the message remain on my pump and cannot use my phone to control the pump (something that really irritated me at the start). My phone is simply picking up the data and displaying this for me in the Minimed app. It shows me the info for the full 24 hours on my phone but the pump only shows me the last four hours.

I am not sure that I have helped.

I keep getting the same message (medtronic 640) and I know I have pressed the right buttons to deliver the insulin. It drives me around the bend.
