Today my eyesight is really blurry, having to wear my glasses but still a bit blurred. I've noticed this tends to happen when my BG is higher but although it is a bit high (10.0) it doesn't usually happen until higher-teens. Not sure if this is normal or not? Does anyone else get this when your BG is higher?

I do have retinopathy (probably somewhere a bit more advanced than background stages) but I do get blurry vision especially when my bloods are low, but also when High too.. however if your worried, get it checked out. Does it normally go blurry when you go high?

It does go blurry when quite high (16+) sometimes, and also when low, but not usually at this level.

Newbs I'm sure it is nothing to worry about BUT to be on the safe side phone the optician now explain that you are diabetic and what has happened and see if they will see you today - that is what I have done before and would do again. Let us know how you get on x

Unfortunately I can't get to the opticians today due to running the office alone all day and then having a school meeting after work. My eyes are a little less blurry now but I do have a headache. I guess I'll see how things are tomorrow.
