Bloods taken today

Argh, 3 months has passed so quickly - Renal / Hypertension clinic next week. Last time I went I got the good news that the protein which was leaking was only a small amount and I was put on Losartan to help blood pressure. The bloods last time revealed that my kidney function was "Normal" whatever that is..! And that my HBA1c & other things were good.

Ive got the clinic again on Tuesday next week and had bloods taken this morning.. A fasting test which tests for bloomin everything LFTs Us & Es lipids & HBA1c & Glucose I think covers it.

Ive felt really positive this month, but cant help but feel a little nervous about the results... We shall see next week.

I'm sure you will be pleased with the results, to say you've worked hard would be an understatement! 😉 My recent A1c was better than I thought due to over indulging at xmas and a 3 week illness. I'm seeing my Health Centre nurse this afternoon for other checks but my bloods were excellent according to my GP, cholesterol in the 3s.....just wish I could get my BP down!

Cheers Phil we shall see if its paying off I guess! Hope the checks go well later.. The Bps a secondary fight I am currently engaged in, I think they will throw in a dose of ramapril for good luck next week.
