My bloods are still High 17 how long does gilclazide take to work started them on weds been walking and watch what I eat but still high a bit worrying
 
You need to watch out for hypos with gliclazide, and spread out intake of carbs to give it something to work on throughout the day, but if your blood glucose doesn't start to reduce down to normal levels you might need to assess the amount of carbs on your plate and - very gradually - reduce the portion size or change to something with a lower carb content and check the effects.
