Last 3 days my blood count has been 5.3 / 5.0. / 5.1 / n 2day it’s 3.9 all taken around 7:30 8am ish b4 breakfast!

Do you take medication for your diabetes @Eddief147

Did you recheck the 3.9? Were you feeling a bit wobbly / light headed / fuzzy at the time?

Waking in the 5s is a great start to the day, but 3.9 is on the border of hypo.

Thank for your reply I didn’t recheck 3.9 n I take 1 Metformin each morning 2day it’s back up to 5.1 I only do a blood reading 1st thing each morning I’m on a cutdown diet my own doing n just a thought am I over doing diet to get a reading of 3.9?

I am on a moderate low carb diet about 80g's a day and often hit the high 3's but feel fine I don't think it's unusual if you have changed diet and perhaps increased exercise and remember the readers are not 100%. If it's normally in the 5's that's ok but make sure you wash and dry you hands before a reading not using hand gel.

It sounds like whatever you have been doing @Eddief147 is working well, apart from the hypo.
In your meds list there isn’t anything that should lead to hypos, so worth checking if you get an odd result.
