My BG levels are struggling to recover after a meal even if I go for a walk or do an exercise routine. Just can't predict my BG levels anymore.

As you get used to exercise, your body learns to cope with it without it dropping your blood sugar. Try changing things up a bit, a different type of exercise or different intensity etc.

I do mix up the exercise, walking, aerobic and indoor walk or dancing. The only thing that has sown any result was to walk after a very low carb breakfast and lunch, but then it bordered on being a hypo.
