I am new to the diabetes uk forum, but I wonder if someone could help me.

My specialist asks me to give him a blood reading as follows:

Before breakfast
Before lunch
Before evening meal
Before bed.

I made up the attached spreadsheet, which worked fine for a week, but in excell I attempted to copy and paste this list after the first week changing the dates and deleting the readings, tried that but that still shows the first weeks chart details below it..

How can I do this or does someone have an app I can try please to do this.

I am afraid at my age (73) I am not very technical. Tried to upload my spreadsheet but wont accept my BLOOD_GLUCOSE_MONITOR.xls Maybe I could email it to someone.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hello there, ask you diabetic clinic for a home monitoring diary.
Failing that just use an ordinary notebook and jot down readings yourself.
Some bg monitor company’s give you them for free if you ask them.
Don’t worry about it.

I’m sure someone will be able to suggest a way of capturing the data Victor but I just wanted to say I’m surprised your specialist hasn't asked for any post meal readings which tell much more in terms of how your body is coping with food.

Welcome by the way and best wishes with things.
