September 2022... HbA1C still 37...... Weight update. Mar 26 2022 89.9kg. 11kg lost. Average morning blood sugars are 4.9-7 mmol.\
Weight 6 July 88.5kg, ave blood sugars 5mmol/l to 5.7mmol. 🙂 helped by a gastro though....
Weight August 22 hovering between 88 and 89. Do I have another Exante shake month to lose another 5?
April 23 oh dear weight up to 93kg.... bloods still ok at 37mmol as on low carb. Back on newcastle diet!
June 23 - HbA1C remains at 38 mmol despite weight gain. diet imminent. Now on a statin once a day as can't get the Triglycerides down
