When is the best time to do blood pressure?

I've just done mine and it was 113/55 and pulse 70

Usually if the GP asks for blood pressure readings then it is morning and evening, the average of 3 repeats, a few minutes apart.
Thanks and do you think this bp reading is ok?

The bottom figure is on the low side. My BP is always quite low, it was 104/48 this morning, which is low even for me, (it’s usually a bit higher). I don’t think doctors worry unless you’ve got symptoms of light headeness or fainting etc, or you’re on BP lowering meds, in which case they might want to reduce them a bit. Have a read here.
Also here, which puts your BP as Ideal. They only seem to count it as low if both figures are low.(ie, less than 90 AND less than 60)
