Hi Guys,

Over the past few years I have had my issues with blood pressure meds. Amlodipine seems to be OK for me (been on it for some time).
My doctor prescribed another one - I was taking it (Bendroflumethiazide) - Unsure if it worked as I was on antihistamines (Piriton), I used to take this every day, then realised and advised by my Doctor, that I don't need to. I was put on another diuretic late last month. I had noticed that I felt my head was a wee bit heavy (thought it was the Anxiety/Depressive episode). Anyway, I was helping Mum around the house, and I bent down to put the kitchen plank back in. I got up and my head felt faint - I went to sit down then I felt pressure in my ear for a bit. I recalled that this is a side effect from the blood pressure meds. I looked it up. I am due a phone call from my GP on Monday, in the interim, trusting my instincts and stopping it immediately. I recall back in 2018 I had a nasty episode with one of the BP meds and was advised not to take them by Care Centre in the hospital. Rant over - Onwards and Upwards

This latest one is Indapine yuk
