Hi,
Just scanning through the net, came across one of these that cites it can read it just below the skin. Does or has anyone bought one of these?

Thanks

Sorry your thread title makes it seem as if it's just a watch that is used, a watch can be used to obtain readings but only whilst having an active sensor, there are a couple here that use the Dexcom but as @grovesy says most use the Libre as it's cheaper and also each sensor lasts 4 days longer than the Dexcom sensors, they are different systems as Dexcom is a continuous glucose monitoring system whereas Libre is a flash glucose monitoring system where in order to receive a reading you have to manually scan the sensor unless you have a third party app to turn it into more of a CGM xx

Thanks for the info

I’ve been using Dexcom more or less full time since last Autumn (mostly because it integrates with my insulin pump). I really like it. Though it is a bit of an investment.

Happy to answer any questions if you have them @rustee2011 🙂

Thanks - I will ask down the line
