Good morning everyone, I and am looking for advice please. I have been told that I am borderline Type 2 and have got to record my blood glucose readings once a week for three months. I have been given a Glucofix Tech Monitor but no table of what the readings mean. My readings have been between 6.2 and 7.2, is there anywhere I can get a table to explain? Thank you.

When you test is the all important thing as blood glucose varies throughout the day and night. Once a week monitoring tells you not a lot because of the variation people get not just from what they eat but a whole host of other reasons at least 42 I believe.
