So happy 🙂

I did about a mile walk after breakfast and 30 mins in the garden.

Is this a miracle ? :D

My vision hasn't come back to norm yet through in line with prescription glasses.

Also I've lost a little bit of weight I guess from 70.7kg earlier this month down to 69.1kg as of today maybe could make a difference.

Living by the sea I don`t get miracles,:( only mackerels😳. Well done @Jodee good control.

Great stuff @Jodee! Sounds like you have breakfast cracked!

Well done Jodee, sounds good and what a fab breakfast

Thanks Ted, Everyday and Sue 🙂

This morning was different with the same breakfast.

Rising 9.1 mmol
2 hours after breakfast 12.7 mmol
I think about 9.30

Did gardening from 11.30 till 2.30pm BG down to 5.7 mmol - wow lowest its been since starting the metformin

Now I just ate a late lunch dinner meal, which had carbs (pre frozen curry with potato, but only one small piece of potato) + small portion of brown rice, tomatoes, broccolli, etc picture below) + ginger tea. (I figured need more carbs for more gardening 😉 )

BG 6.15pm 6.7 mmol
