Hi everyone. I’ve decided to start a blog on substack to help me process everything I’m working out about diabetes. After nearly a couple of weeks after being given the diagnosis I’m finding there is so much to take in, that I need an outlet for it. I’m also hoping that it may be helpful for other people to read.
