I am finding many tricare needles are blocked or bent. It can’t just be me as the women at owen
And Mumford implies.

Welcome to the forum @Fiona Mccormack

I’ve split your post away from the older thread to avoid your issue getting mingled with responses to the earlier posts 🙂

Sorry to hear you are having problems with the needles you are being prescribed. Good that you have been in contact with Owen Mumford - have they asked for the Lot Numbers etc?

Have you spoken to your GP about the issues you are having? Perhaps they can switch you to a different brand?

Maybe hand them in at your pharmacy with a big 'faulty' label and ask if they have a way to report the problem - quality control should never be a matter of opinion.
So many times I have come across the accusation that it is just a single person at fault for just about everything, yet when checked later i was no such thing.
