It occurred to me today, that although there is sometimes a little/a lot of blood when injecting, I really have no idea how much blood is lost and - more importantly- how much insulin might be in it.
I wondered if anyone has any idea how much insulin is lost if you there is a small amount of blood after you inject?
I generally take 2?5 units at breakfast time, and if even a small amount is lost due to bleeding it could be a fair percentage of my total. I feel this could affect my results later on in the day - but I don't know.
Anyone any ideas on this one?
