Daft one I should know the answer to - what causes the black circle in lower vision after eye injections? It does eventually disappear but takes quite a few hours

I got this once after an Eylea injection - went away after a day or so; caused by an air bubble, apparently. Harmless.

More often I would get an annoying floater which lasted for a couple of days. Also caused by an air bubble, apparently.

Better than Lucentis. Dissipates quicker? (Had both drugs. Success with Eylea.)
A “squid.” Then the black spot as described.
Looked more like “blood” to me. But from where, I couldn’t hazard a guess?

Eylea worked brilliantly for me.

I kind of miss having my eyeball injections (j/k)
