Yoghurt, added to gelatine, dyed pink and flavoured with vanilla, sweetened with stevia and a bag of frozen berries added so it set almost instantly.

I feel like everyones pudding are way more healthier then mine :D today I'm having a choux bun
 
After lunch we went to garden centre for bedding plants, ended up having coffee with fruit scone clotted cream & jam, very nice it was.
 
There's a custard in the fridge, Mum's eaten one, and two vanilla slices with thick white icing on top. It would never occur to me to eat them. The crumpets didn't last five minutes though. I ran over Mum's foot with the wheelchair and she was scathing so I needed comfort food, that's my excuse anyways, in the meantime I'm still trying to do Slimfast. 🙄 If I had to have a pudding I'd have ice cream or trifle please. 😛

Warm banana loaf ( mixture of different flours: fiber, coconut, gram ) strawberries and double cream.
 
I am watching a Convention on zoom today and I know that I will be hungry later so I am not reading this any more today !!!

I very rarely have a sweet course, unless eating out, and not often then either!
