bit confused re bloods?

hi

I had bit of porridge for breakfast and some chicken i know what a mix. Had 20g carbs in all.

I tested 2 hrs later i got 4.7 is this too low or ok, not enough carbs or all good?

Great work! 4.0-5.9 is bob on the normal range.
 
If you aren't on any hypo causing medication then that is a great result xx
 
Sounds great! I find the graphs from the bottom of this page to be useful when getting to understand the numbers
