It’s my daughter’s birthday today - 17 years young! We’ve been just watching films and eating food all day, then she’s going to repeat it tomorrow with some friends. Had dinner of sausages, yorkshire puddings and carrots, then an hour or so later we had pudding, home made ice cream sundaes (photo attached). Then promptly got a Dexcom alarm for a reading of 3.8!!
She doesn’t eat much at the moment, says she never feels hungry, so today she has eaten more than she has for ages and her blood sugars have been bumping along in the low 4s for most of the day… she says she hasn’t been overestimating her carbs, but who knows!! Maybe she’ll pay for it later, she’s having a good time anyway 😛
