This is a chain of bakers who do a low GI seeded roll. It is really very nice but like you say a bit expensive. ?1.40 for 6 rolls, but the lady assistant says it is one of their best selling lines. Would be interesting to know the GI or carb rating on it. I am counting one roll as about 2 servings ie 25-30 carbs. What do you think. I am relatively new to this carb counting thing

Very hard to say Sharon, without knowing the size or constituents. One possible way of determining if your guess is close would be to eat something comparable e.g. two slices of Burgen bread, testing your blood before and one and two hours afterwards, then doing the same for one of the rolls. If they are of similar carb content and GI you would expect similar results from both. This might seem like an expensive exercise, but it's only through this kind of experimentation that you can determine whether your guess is accurate and if they are truly Low GI.

I wrote a poem about Low GI bread, which you may enjoy:
